It all started in 2022, right here in Port Vila, Vanuatu. One rainy morning, my daughter and I stood by the roadside, waiting for a service bus to take her to school. Seconds turned into minutes, and minutes stretched into hours. I watched her Central School white T-shirt grow wetter with every drop of rain. By the time she arrived, she was late for class.

As a father, that moment struck me deeply. I asked myself a simple but powerful question: “What can I do to help people access transport easily, whenever and wherever they need it?”

That was the day ReGor Express was born.
